Predict's constants::current_version of the package these bindings were generated from. Every
version-gated Predict call checks chk_version, which aborts EPackageVersionDisabled once
ProtocolConfig.version_watermark is above it, so a higher watermark retires the Predict code
this SDK calls. Bump it with Predict when regenerating. Like DELAYED_EXECUTION_VERSION it is the
code's version constant, which follows the Mainnet package number (5 ships as Mainnet v5 and runs
as Testnet package v8), never the Testnet package number.
