    • admit_mint for an order that may name a builder. builder is the code the trade pays and its fee per contract, or none, which admits exactly as admit_mint does. Admission caps the fee at protocol_config::builder_fee_cap, records the code and the capped fee in the receipt, and prices the order's own limits at the clock with that fee. The fill charges the recorded fee, so a later cap change does not reach the order. Aborts as admit_mint does, and, for an order that names a builder, EBuilderFeeCutoverNotReached until the version watermark retires every version whose fill charges the legacy fee instead (constants::builder_fee_version!()).
